I’m a Business Operations & HR leader focused on helping fast-growing companies scale with intention. With a background in startups and private equity-backed businesses, I’ve spent the last decade building the systems, teams, and processes that keep ambitious organizations moving faster and smarter. I began in technical recruitment, learning how to spot talent and build pipelines that work. Since then, I’ve led initiatives across business operations, people strategy, workforce planning, and office administration. On the business side, I’ve managed investment readiness and supported fundraising through operational deep-dives and diligence processes. Whether it’s restructuring internal systems, launching programs to boost retention and team performance, or helping prepare for the next stage of growth—I’ve been where things get messy, and I know how to bring order to it. Right now, my focus is on creating operational structures that support both people and performance. I believe great companies are built on strong foundations: smart processes, clear decisions, and a culture that doesn’t burn out its best people. I’m especially interested in how business models evolve, where they break, and how they can be rebuilt stronger. My work sits at the intersection of scale, strategy, and human-centered leadership.
