About Mriganka Dutta

With 25+ years of experience in public speaking and over a decade in teaching, training and communication strategy, I shifted my focus from building brands to building people. My work now centers on public speaking, storytelling and personal branding, helping individuals find their voice and present themselves with confidence. I guide students, job seekers and early professionals, particularly from smaller towns and underrepresented backgrounds, to: • Communicate with clarity in interviews, presentations and public forums. • Build personal brands through authentic storytelling and content creation. • Transform resumes and LinkedIn profiles into powerful career tools. • Develop confidence and stage presence through live, practice-driven training sessions. My Mission To empower people to build career confidence, especially those told they are too average, too late or not polished enough. Why me? • Mentored 200+ students through one-on-one counselling. • 2x District Champion in public speaking. • 35+ awards and accolades earned between 2022 and 2025. • 3x Star Trainer of the Year (2019, 2020, 2021). • Platinum Distinguished Award from Toastmasters International (2024–2025), the only club in North East India, Bangladesh and Bhutan to achieve this honor.
