An ex-Navy officer with 17+ years of experience in program management and operations of advanced systems in a challenging military environment.An Electrical and Electronics engineer and a practice leader with a strong ability to envision, critically analyse risks and make strategic process improvements to complex problems thereby enhancing organisational efficiency. I excel in an unpredictable environment and engage effectively with multiple stakeholders to achieve organisation goals through effective operations, program management, risk management, supply chain management, procurement, contract management and vendor management.I have proudly led 10 to 100 member teams and headed multiple projects to undertake complex refits of Naval ships and software development of cutting edge mission control systems of the Navy. As a progressive leader I seriously believe that change is brought through incremental improvements and I along with team members have contributed to various strategic improvements during my military career. Throughout my naval journey I have always been challenged to quickly adapt to varied roles and continuously learn on the job and this has kept me engaged and wanting for more. To move closer towards my desire of being an impactful business leader, I took a career break to pursue an MBA from Cranfield University, at United Kingdom. I am presently working at UK Atomic Energy Authority as a Project Manager and steering the H3AT project.
