About Mrinal Sood

I focus on building AI-enabled operational workflows. My background is in web development, and my work has evolved toward applying AI tools in real business environments. I am particularly interested in how automation and intelligent systems can reduce manual complexity and improve decision visibility.Over the past year, I have worked on exploratory AI integrations, experimenting with open-source large language models, inference setups, and deployment approaches to understand their practical feasibility in operational contexts.I am currently working on introducing AI-driven process intelligence for a US-based fashion brand, mapping end-to-end workflows across design, sourcing, production, multi-channel sales, inventory, and reporting. The goal is to identify inefficiencies, structure fragmented processes, and introduce targeted automation where it creates measurable impact.Alongside practical work, I am strengthening my foundation in computer science, data structures, and systems design to build more robust and scalable solutions over time.My long-term interest lies in developing intelligent systems that make business operations more structured, transparent, and efficient.
