A passionate and striving Human Resource Professional with over 12 years of work experience in Learning & Development and Hotel Operations. I have gained deeper skills and knowledge in People Management by pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at The University of Winnipeg - PACE. I firmly believe and follow the motto “Excellence is the only option” by being consistently creative, collaborative, adaptive, and resilient to all the situations that I come across. Quality, customer satisfaction, team engagement, and motivation have always been my primary focus while I was associated with one of the leading luxury hotel chains. My ongoing journey to secure CPHR and CIM designations will help me to comprehend the organizational goals and manage employee relations. Inspired by my previous work experience, Cultural Dimensions, and Indigenous Insights lessons learned, I welcome diversity and inclusion. By being a successful leader, trainer, and mentor for my team, I create a secure work culture through talent recruitment, onboarding, and a continuous learning process. By embracing constant learning, I am result-oriented and find a way to achieve the same even in new challenging situations.
