Maintenance of securities static data. • Set up new securities and clearing of breaks in the front office and back office. • Updating of bond prices & various market rates on the In-House system, from vendor sources like Bloomberg, Reuters & Telekers. • Worked in Excel macros to automate manual checking of various reports. • Liaising with FO, Middle Office and settlements, whenever there is mismatch in static of booking of trades as per Data sources. • Following up with TMG team to get the term sheet for the security to make sure the security is set up in WM( German Data Provider) • Working on a high-profile project of cleaning up market identifiers on all stocks on all in-house systems. • Working on an internal project (ASU) for reconciliation on securities with DB internal sources and vendor sources. • Spot the errors on check in the process and find solutions to resolve the issue.
