A development worker with 8 years of experience in program design, research, monitoring and evaluation of health, education, agriculture, peace building and market systems development projects, funded by either USAID, DFID, or Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Actively worked in the following projects: “Feed the Future Nigeria Rural Resilience Activity” “Community Initiative to Promote Peace”, “Partnership for Advocacy in Child and Family health @ Scale”, “Integrated Community Case Management of Malaria and Pneumonia”. Actively participated in tracking progress of indicators for these projects and led the execution of several baseline, midline, and end line studies. Orchestrated and co-designed several technologies for development tools that were used to improve the monitoring and evaluation system. Authored several research publications in peer review journals and a Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate. Key Qualifications Data Analytics: Acquired proficiency in data analytics, ability to integrate power BI with several databases on-premises and off-premises, excel, commcare and automate the process of data collection to analysis and visualization for storytelling. Also proficient in Q-GIS, tableau, survey CTO and QDA Miner lite. Quality Improvement: Experienced in identifying gaps in knowledge and MEL systems and building program management tracking systems to fill the identified gaps. For example, built a system that tracked incidence rates across six implementation states and current efforts to harmonize all nutrition data from all partners on the RRA project. Research: Acquired proficiency in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods of research designs. Very comfortable with cross-sectional survey designs, experiments of any kind, simple or factorial designs. I have participated in several studies at the organizational level and have a few published papers in peer reviewed journals. Statistics: Experienced in the use of descriptive and inferential statistics. I know when to adopt and or make use of any method of statistics to define or draw inferences from a population. Capturing Lessons: Ability to successfully document lessons learned and success stories in an ongoing project.
