I am an enthusiastic person equally confident and able to comprehend diverse tasks, work well and effectively and driven to manifest tangible results, with a focused purpose, innovative mind, humble and teachable spirit. I ensure my attributes with assertive implementation completely invested in the company will yield and produce fruitful results. I have an excellent customer service, loyal, positive attitude, team I player, able to take initiative, skills, able to prioritize and able to learn new tasks and information in a reasonable period of time and possess a strong work ethic. I set high standards for myself and meet them and I like new challenges that is how I get my motivation to measure my capabilities. I have a National Diploma in Agricultural Management and on the verge of completing my B-Tech Degree for the above mentioned qualification. I grew up in rural areas where animal husbandry and soil cultivation is not optional, that is when I became fascinated about agriculture and decided to take it to another level. I have done practical sessions in different institutions and companies (while I was doing my diploma) such as Cedara College (KZN), Agricultural Research Council (ARC), Unisa Science Campus Horticultural Research Center (Greenhouse - Pad and Fan System and also taking samples at the laboratory) and Krugersdorp Plant and Animal Farm. I got an Opportunity to do a learner ship program with the Department of Agriculture in Limpopo Province which was scheduled for a year. Land Reform and Redistribution Program is a Department of Agriculture and Rural Development initiative which focuses on enabling rural people to take control of their future, also reducing poverty and establishing a favorable environment for the development of productive smallholder agriculture by beneficiaries. This program is considered to be the engine to boost pro-poor economic growth.
