Currently responsible for delivering facilities management at Colt Data Centre in Paris with full financial and operational accountability. I lead the development of a strategic roadmap to address operational challenges and support long-term sustainable growth in line with the client and CBRE’s vision. Proven track record of combining managerial frameworks and resource-based strategies to advise clients on industry mega-trends while maintaining a competitive edge. Skilled in building strong client relationships and developing high-performing engineering teams in critical environments. With an MBA - Master degree in business administration ( Sustainable Energy) at the University of East London, I am currently exploring the competitiveness within the business using market segmentation strategies by pinning down specific segments within the data centre sector and advise the client on renewable energy sources, I have been able to meet up with the requirement, by reaching out targeted audience within the sector and demonstrate to our client the benefit of transitioning and shifting to renewable sources and clean energy solutions for a sustainable and profitable Data Centre environment. Past roles include: • Contract Manager at DRT - Paris overseeing 5 Data centres sites ( Colocation 120 MW ) in Paris • Contract Manager at UCLH, managing four London hospitals • Account Manager (CBRE BFI), overseeing five UK sites • Engineering Manager at State Street Bank London ( Enterprise Data Centre) Strong leadership, coaching, and people skills supported by ILM Level 5, KPI/SLA/P&L expertise, and technical qualifications: • HNC in Electrical Engineering • BEng in Electronic & Communication • Master’s in business & financial law • MBA (sustainable energy) Passionate about innovation, renewables based on long term strategy to clean energy transition within the data centre industry.
