I have gained experience and did projects in the following areas: • Responsible for supporting the development and incubation of new application services in the Multichannel Space and for transitioning to offshore operations. • Build Up Application Knowledge for Multichannel Applications (salesforce, Veeva, pitcher, etc.) and maintaining customer relationships with key stakeholders • Set up and manage drafting SOPs(Standard Operating Procedures) for Multichannel application • Working with customers and other stakeholders by giving them a demo of the applications and getting their feedback and requirements. • Gained valuable knowledge of the applications and technology by attending training, conferences, and online webinars from the vendors. • Experienced in boarding new applications to Multichannel Space also introducing new features and services for the existing applications. • Engaging with Vendor Support for complex technical queries in regards to the applications • Attending technical meetings to understand the evolution of CRM Product Roadmap. • Managing offshore teams and facilitating handover and transitions to offshore in India (Hyderabad) • Providing guidance to digital agencies for multichannel content production.
