With a strong background in community development for over 17 years, I bring a wealth of experience. My journey involved a variety of dynamic roles, including assessor, facilitator, coordinator, and consultant at various national NGOs, where I played a key role in managing post-disaster recovery programs. Through these initiatives, my focus has consistently been on developing sustainable livelihoods for affected communities. Key Skills and Achievements: With over 10 years of experience leading project and program management, I have honed my leadership skills and successfully overcome a variety of challenges. My ability to lead and motivate teams has remained constant throughout my career, contributing to the smooth implementation of projects. Apart from that, I was also a consultant at the Department of Environment at the Aceh and Nias Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Agency and lent my expertise for two years. I conduct comprehensive monitoring and evaluation processes in this capacity, ensuring program development is aligned with environmental objectives.
