With approximately 25 years of comprehensive banking knowledge and experience, I have embarked on a rewarding journey. It all began with the Officer Development Program, which laid the foundation for my future career. Over 12 years, I focused on risk management, followed by five years in operational roles, leading to my appointment as CEO Region and overseas GM. After that, I dedicated 3.5 years to strategic planning before assuming the role of Corporate Secretary for nearly two years. Furthermore, now, I hold the Human Capital & Compliance Director position, carrying significant responsibilities. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a proven track record of advancing within the leadership hierarchy. From my early days as a Manager, I steadily progressed to positions such as Assistant Vice President, Vice President, and Senior Vice President. My wealth of experience includes formulating policies and strategies at the head office level and effectively implementing them in domestic and international operations. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, I have made informed decisions that have positively impacted organizational performance. I am passionate about leveraging my expertise and leadership skills to drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance.
