Job Profile- Responsible for BMS project installation for entire Pune, Maharashtra and handing over, conducting training programmes for client/customer (majorly Infosys Limited)- Maintaining project delivery within timeline and maintaining customers’ increasing expectations- Hands on experience in all types of HVAC system controls like Chiller, AHU, VAV, FCU, Exhaust Fans. System integration like Energy meter, UPS, FAS, CRAC units etc- Working as a Assistant Manager-Projects - strategy and ideation for acquiring new customers and getting repeat business from existing clients to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets- Responsible for project tracking, Material indenting, Billing and collections, Coordinating with clients and other vendors for smooth and timely completion of projects- Taken additional responsibility for EH & S training, audit, PPE requirements and safety talk for all regional projects- Responsible for coordinating inspection for different sites for HVAC system and proposing best solutions to reduce system breakdown- Experience in handling team of 6-10 people and having good interpersonal and communication skills.
