As a Supply Chain Intern at Eckes-Granini, a leading juice producer in Europe, I supported the planning and optimization of the supply chain processes and data, using SAP, Excel, and data preparation tools. I had contributed to several projects, such as improving the demand forecasting accuracy, reducing the inventory costs, and enhancing the data quality and consistency. I have also obtained multiple certifications to enhance my skills and knowledge in supply chain, logistics and SAP.I am also pursuing a Master of Science degree in Logistics Engineering with specialization in Supply Chain Management at the University of Duisburg-Essen, where I learn about the latest trends and best practices in the field. I have a strong foundation in engineering principles and applications, as I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering. I am passionate about improving the efficiency, quality, and sustainability of the supply chain and logistics operations. I have a keen interest in consulting, data analysis, optimization, and problem-solving, and I enjoy working with diverse and collaborative teams.
