As the visionary leader at Kloudrac Group, a leading provider of cloud-based solutions for various industries, I am responsible for driving the overall growth, profitability, staffing, management, and delivery of complex and high-value engagements. I have more than 20 years of experience in the software product and service industry, with a strong focus on the financial domain, including retail banking and asset management. I leverage my credentials in Leading SAFe 4.5, CSM, and PMI-ACP to implement agile methodologies and best practices across the organization, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. I have successfully led and delivered large-scale programs in globally distributed environments, managing portfolios of more than 8 million with cross-functional teams. I have also conducted planning workshops, defined roadmaps, performed financial management, and conducted agile/scrum training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
