About Mudit Gupta

With over 12 years of experience in customer onboarding, I am passionate about building, managing, and deploying customer interaction strategies that deliver value and satisfaction. As the Head of Customer Onboarding at Amagi, a global leader in SaaS for broadcast and streaming TV on the cloud, I lead a team of 30+ project managers, engineers, and tech leads who work with premium clients in the media industry. I have successfully built the customer service team from the ground up and established it as an independent team, implemented the first order-to-billing process, and brought several efficiencies using automation in the delivery process. I have also leveraged my PRINCE2 certification and IT infrastructure project management skills to streamline organizational processes, drive change, and plug revenue leakages. I enjoy tackling the challenges and opportunities that come as part of my role and devising solutions to make an effective difference to the customer lifecycle.
