As a mechanical engineer, I am proficient in implementing New Product Development Systems, bringing a blend of subject matter expertise, structured problem-solving abilities, analytical rigor, and a relentless commitment to achieving goals. My recent achievement - serving Bajaj Auto Ltd. as the Project Support for the "World's first CNG motorcycle - Freedom NG04" has been no less than a proud milestone for me. From managing schedules and avoiding delays; to mitigating risks and issue managements - this journey has helped me realise what it means to be a successful Project Manager. Strategizing the project's health with senior management and working on the product costs, I have honed my skills both as the technical as well as the commercial project manager. My area of working includes IC engines, CNG modules and kits, EV powertrain MCU, BMS and software development life cycle of TCU. I have experience in managing new technologies for fostering portfolios in the company's house of strategy for long term growth at global level. My passion for motorcycling helps me develop patience and staying calm in situations which are not in my control. Being mindful in tricky situations helps me analyse risks, and plan the best possible way out - both personally and professionally.
