I thrive in multi-functional roles and am adept at informing business strategies through thorough market research. I have dual degrees in Management which include an MBA from MDI Gurgaon and MIM (Master in Management) from ESCP Paris. My passion to explore and test my creativity & analytical skills had driven me to look for a diverse professional experience at Innovaccer and Futures First In my time at Innovaccer, I worked in the US healthcare market across multi-functional and varied roles Working at a startup, where the wheels of change were always in motion towards providing value to its customers, gave me a basic understanding of the key drivers that help build a business. It helped me acquire skills in analyzing industry trends, understanding consumer behavior, and mapping it to the business. I also developed a mental model to analyze where opportunities and threats could lie for a growing business. Additionally it taught me how to distill my observations into writing sharp research reports, analyzing industry cases, working with multiple stakeholders to fill RFPs, all leading to winning multiple million-dollar deals. In my role as an Analyst at Futures First, I traded live interest rate derivates in the US and Canadian markets. I honed my research skills and analyzed the micro & macro environments of the economies while keeping an eye on the larger policies by central banks to formulate trading strategies and models in the short end
