About Mufeed Ahmad

Studied in UOK & Indian Institute of Management IIM-Ahmedabad. Former Professor,Director TBS,Dean, School of Business Studies, Former Director SRC,Director Merc,Director IT & SS & Chief Proctor University of Kashmir and have been teaching in the University for more than 32 years. Areas of specialization are Human Resource Development, Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. Written three books and two booklets in the areas of HRD and HRM and published more than 100 research papers in various National and International journals. Attended about 70 Conferences, Seminars and Workshops within and outside the country, which includes various Universities /Institutions.Visited Australia, China, Malaysia, Taiwan, Singapore, Dubai,Saudi Arabia etc. Produced and guided around 22 Ph.D&M. Phil research scholars in the areas of HRD and HRM. Worked in several Research Projects in the areas of HRM and HRD funded by UGC, state Govt. of J&K, Planning Commission Govt. of India, Institute of Social Science, Ministry of Information Technology Govt. of India, New Delhi, ICMR & other agencies of the Country. Further, I have worked in capacity of Principals/Main Investigator of various Projects and Chief Coordinator e-governance Project sanctioned by Ministry of Information Technology GOI, New Delhi. Coordinator (SAP-Project) sanctioned by university grants commission. Coordinator (New-Gen) Incubation project sanctioned by EDI Ahmedabad. Besides the above, I have been awarded Excellence Teaching award, Best citizens of Indian Academic Award, Best Professor in Human Resource Management(Bloomberg TV and Star Group),Best Director Award for Event Management (from various sates and central agencies), State Award Honor, Certificate of Appreciation/recognition from IHRD(university of Taiwan) and university of Sains Malaysia, Associated Press of India, Times of India Group and etc.
