Skills Developed: • Most important skill I achieved is a role of motivator. It requires to make effective communication with the candidates and motivating them prior to the exam and during exams regarding time consumption with a smiley face. • Provide proper environment for others: My duties involved to assist in registration of candidates and to the setup of testing venues by laying out stationery, equipment, and test materials in accordance with IELTS regulations. • Leadership quality: Controlling the candidates in exam hall according to the rule and regulations without making them discomfort was a powerful addition to my leadership quality.
