About Muffy Fox

Raised in Riverside, Muffy graduated from Greenwich Country Day and Choate Rosemary Hall. She received a BS in elementary education from Skidmore College and holds a master’s degree in elementary education from Bank Street College of Education. Muffy taught at the Brearley, Buckley, and Nightingale-Bamford Schools in New York City and assisted with the kindergarten admissions testing at Nightingale-Bamford. She also taught third grade at the Latin School of Chicago and Greenwich Country Day. Most recently, Muffy worked as a senior editor at Greenwich Magazine. Muffy lives in Greenwich with her husband Andy. They have three boys who attended a variety of public, private, and boarding schools based on their individual educational needs and profiles. All three of her children have attended Elon University and Muffy has served as the co-chairman of the Elon Parent’s Council. Muffy has served on the boards of Arch Street Teen Center, the Boys and Girls Club Greenwich, Greenwich Adult Care’s River House, and the Berkshire School Parents Committee. Muffy advises families on the most suitable match schools for their children, allowing them to work towards school-specific admissions goals.
