Experienced and dedicated Program manager specializing in health systems logistics, analysis, planning, coordination, and management. With over seven years of experience in diverse roles, I have successfully led complex projects, managed stakeholder relations, and ensured compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies. My expertise includes guiding and supporting teams, implementing robust project plans, and maximizing program impact in multicultural environments. Currently, I am the State Supply-Side Officer at New Incentives All Babies Are Equal Initiative, where I oversee the daily reports of over 200 field officers, manage operational issues, and engage with key stakeholders to enhance program efficiency. My previous role as a Program Manager at Arewa Ears Community Development Forum allowed me to design and implement impactful development projects, increasing the organization’s success rate significantly. I have recently embarked on a Master of Public Health from Ahmadu Bello University and have completed numerous certifications in project management and disaster risk management. I am passionate about empowering communities and improving access to healthcare services, always striving to build strong, sustainable partnerships.
