Currently I have been serving for Faran Sugar Mills Ltd in Inventory Control & Purchase Management Department as “Manager Stores” since September 2017. I am responsible for ensuring proper In/Out of Inventory as per internal controls & to monitor purchase management process according to projected timeline, to co-ordinate & liaison between H.O & site for smooth relationship among vendors and requisitioned department in cooperative way and to minimize non value added activities as per requirement of inventory management. As an"Assistant Chief Accountant" in Faran Sugar Mills Limited (From Feb’2011 to Aug’2013) I was responsible for ensuring proper preparation & classification of all receipts and payments i.e. expenses, payrolls, provident fund, taxes, bank reconciliations, in/out of material, contractual payments and their regular data entry into the MIS (Finance). As an “Internal Auditor” in Mirpurkhas Sugar Mills Limited (From Oct’2006 to Jul’ 2010) I was responsible to assist management in the efficient and effective discharge of their responsibilities by means of checking & verifying all Payments, Receipts & Journal Vouchers, and to prepare various financial progress reports from time to time on the discretion of HO-Finance.
