As a food research & development scientist with an entrepreneurship mindset, I am passionate about developing business by creating and communicating about innovative and healthy products. With a background in food science, technology & nutrition and deep understanding of the latest food trends, I am dedicated to using my expertise to develop new formulations, to communicate the same and building business out of it. Throughout my career, I have worked on a range of products, from developing Fruit and Diary based beverages, Healthy Snacks, Reduced sugar beverages, Products fortified with vitamins, Fiber and Protein enriched portfolios. My experience has given me a strong understanding of the aspects of food business development, ingredient functionality, sourcing, product quality and regulations, product optimization, consumer preferences and trends. My passion in food business is seeking a Techno-Commercial role within the industry.
