A highly motivated individual having over 11 years of experience in the oil field. Having objective is to work in a dynamic organization where advancements are based on achievements, aspiring to utilize my technical / excellent written and oral communication / dynamic leadership / excellent analytical and motivational skills to the maximum. While contributing to achieve a new high in company excellence as well as keen to help and mentor young individuals to achieve their goals.• Currently being a Well Site Supervisor-MPD / UBD, having in-depth knowledge of drilling procedures and practices, well control and development. Plan and Perform Managed Pressure Drilling operations / UBD at well site. Liaises with Drilling Engineers, Company Representatives and rig personnel at location to ensure the operation follows the predefined drilling procedures and all well control and safety aspects are managed in accordance with the well site QHSE standards.• I joined Weatherford as a Supervisor MPD / UBD / Well Testing in Pakistan. Where I have Promoted and contributed number of successful projects with in country and while under assignee of Weatherford Pakistan worked as lead hand with Weatherford Yemen & Iraq on MPD / UBD / Well Testing Projects.I have moved over to Weatherford Saudi in 2010 where I have worked on XTD (Coiled Tubing Under-balanced Drilling) project as a shift supervisor and worked shift in-charge on JILH MPD project with Aramco and completed number of successful wells. Weatherford Saudi offered my services to Weatherford Abu Dhabi in 2011 for UBD and MPD projects in Buhasa field. I have also worked as WSS on two UBD projects with OGDCL / PPL (Zin/Sui Field) in Pakistan in 2013 as well as WSS on ENI-MPD (Badhra Field) gas well project in Pakistan in 2014. Being a lead hand in Weatherford Saudi for MPD and completed number of challenging wells with Aramco in Khurasaniya / Uthmaniya / Shadgam / Abqaiq / Khurais fields by using CBHP / PMCD technique.
