A result driven, self-motivated and resourceful head of the department in the capacity of Projects, Engineering, Maintenance, and Administration. I have vast experience extends to diverse working experience in Textile (Dyeing and Finishing). Implementation of Energy Management System, with Enery Saving of +1.0 Million $/Year in Knit Processing Division( Knit Dyeing and Finishing Machines ), Yarn Dyeing and Denim Setup. I have worked in Gas, Refinery, Desalination, Power Plants, Textile and Polymer Industry with foreign and local companies, with key expertise to provide Technical and Strategic support to lead the organization to its highest level. I hold Bachelors of Engineering in Mechanical from NED University coupled with MBA in Business Management and core subjects in Finance & Supply chain from Hamdard University. For my professional development, I have implemented SAP Module in Plant maintenance and ERP “Machine Maintenance System" Moreover, my experience over these years to lead Projects and Maintenance Team for the Installation, commissioning, O&M of plants and Machines such as FMCG Plant, Gas Equipment’s Oil and Gas Piping, Oil Refinery Equipment’s such as Furnaces, Heat Exchangers, Distillation Column, Steam Turbine, Pumps, Boilers, Piping and Oil Storage Tanks Fabrication. I have also got experience as Head of Administration to lead Company’s Administration & Security departments. Lead many Projects such as EMS (energy Management System) and solar projects. Have done major Overhauling of Oil Refinery Equipments, Air Compressor Set up with Piping, HVAC, Ovens Designing and Installations, Knitting and Dotting Machines, CNC Machine, Diesel Generators, Cargo Lifts, Packing Machines, Dyeing Machines, Latex and oil Storage Tanks. Now Working in Masood Textile Mills Ltd as Deputy General Manager in Maintenance department of Complete Knit Processing Division for the operation and maintenance of Thermo Oil Boilers, Exhaust Dyeing Machines, Jigger, Jet Dyeing,Yarn Dyeing,Denim Setup,Washing and Finishing Machines( Peaching, Raising, Turning,Singeing,Lapping, Hydro, Tumbler, Slitting, Stretch, Open width Stenters, Dryers and Open width and Tubular Compactors). Some of my recent achievements over the years include: • Establishment of Processing Division Digital Dash Board showing Preventive Plans & Machine Breakdown. Implementation of RCA, Reliability Centered Maintenance, PDCA, Pareto Analysis and ERP Machine Maintenance System.
