Expertise in working on rotating equipment such as pump, compressor, turbine and others equipments in oil and gas Industry. Highly expertise in piping and plant design (P & ID, PFD), Logic diagram and Interlock system. Responsible for utility facilities such as N2 generator plant, utility and instrument air plant, desalination unit, sea water & cooling system, heating medium, fire fighting system, pigging operation, and fresh water maker system. Observation, monitoring, adjust operating condition as needed to ensure operating target are achieved. To take appropriated actions to control & secured on emergency at the plant as out line in the emergency control plant. Reported operation process, mechanical and instruments problem and recommended of solution. Follow up of operating procedures in all activities. Issued work order request and cooperation with maintenance to solve the problem and reported immediately all improper instrumentation and equipment to avoid plant upset. Carried out solving problem discussion with supervisor as regularly. 11 Mechanical aptitude and knowledge in all aspect of production facilities. Concern to quality control to ensure product quality. Minimized potential accident by understanding & observing safe work practiced in all activities. Familiar with live saving equipment and safety devices. Familiar using Breathing apparatus, Oxygen detector, gas detector, H2S gas detector. Strong knowledge of computer program under Microsoft program such as Excel, word and internet. Ability to work closely with diverse multi national work force.
