Starting with a Management Trainee program that provided a comprehensive understanding of the logistics business, I have developed expertise in leading teams, improving efficiency, and strategically managing inventory. I have a strong understanding of managing and controlling inventory with high precision. This expertise includes stock planning, regular audits, and implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) to minimize discrepancies and maximize product availability. Currently, I am fully responsible for daily warehouse operations, from goods receipt and storage to outbound shipping.
