I am an IT professional with over 2 years of experience specializing in data center operations and technical infrastructure support. Currently, I serve as a Data Center Operations specialist at UOB Indonesia, where I am responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the bank’s critical data center infrastructure. This role has enhanced my ability to manage complex IT systems and sharpened my skills in troubleshooting and 24/7 monitoring. Previously, I worked as a Smart Hands Engineer at DCI Indonesia from 2023 to 2024, where I gained valuable hands-on experience in managing and maintaining hardware systems while providing on-site technical support to resolve issues. This role strengthened my technical expertise in handling hardware failures and troubleshooting within data center environments. Additionally, I interned at Telkomsel as an IT Network Administrator in 2017, where I developed a strong foundation in network administration and managing IT infrastructure in a large corporate setting. I am passionate about the evolving technology landscape, especially in data center management and network infrastructure.
