Experienced and versatile professional on DCS / CCR Operator with a demonstrated history and skilled of working in the oil and gas plant, Offshore platform, Complex production facilities, and LNG plant with more than 11 years of experience in operations. Having excellent knowledge and background on SIMOPS activities, pre-commissioning, mech. Completion, commissioning, day to day operations, start up, shutdown, turn around activities, and supervision activities in oil and gas processing, currently now in LNG facilities. As a DCS LNG Operator my current responsibilities mentioned as below: 1. Experienced To lead pre commissioning/commissioning/start up phase along with Ops. Supervisor, Ops. Manager, and Vendor on Kayan LNG 2. Give technical training for junior operator / trainee 3. Endorse Site Instruction / Work request for LNG plant improvement 4. Endorse working instruction / SOP for newly installed equipment on LNG plant 5. Prepare Isolation Confirmation Certificate / JRA / and all relevant documents before endorsing PTW 6. Lead PSSR on newly installed facility / equipment with other department to make sure before start up equipment is safe and ready for start 7. Witness on all electrical and instruments function test and stroking test 8. Operates & Monitoring parameters and trend on DCS (HollySys) and communicated to shift supervisor / field operator if there is any abnormalities to promptly taken quick action 9. Final walkdown and readiness to check all the pipelines and instruments installed as per P & ID 10. Blowing / purging / leak test / airtightness test and drying on vessel / pipeline / tanks during pre-commissioning phase 11. Note and check all instruments fault finding during commissioning phase, and follow up for rectification 12. Monitor and controlling all proses equipments on LNG plant such as Natural gas metering®ulating / feed gas pre-cooler / feed gas separator / AGRU (amine system)/ mercury removal tower / dehydration system / NGL Recovery (Demethanizer / Deethanizer / Debuthanizer)/ Coldbox (MCHE)/ Nitrogen rejection system / Mixed Refrigerant Compressor / Refrigerant storage / LNG tank / LPG tank / Condensate Tank / Filling station 12. Monitor and controlling all utility system such as (Cooling water system / Closed cooling tower / Chilling water system / Thermal oil and furnace / reboiler / cooler / Ground flare / LV cabinet / Technical Building / MCC Room / Water Treatment / Demineralized water System / Fire Fighting Pump House / Fuel Gas Engine Generator / Instrument Air system / Nitrogen generator package
