Let's connect and create together.*DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY*-Propose and develop new designs aligned with project requirements, incorporating changes as needed-Work with subcontractors to adjust and submit drawings according to consultant requirements-Revise layouts to accommodate project changes during development-Coordinate with site supervisor and engineer for the creation of accurate as-built drawings -Conduct site visits to monitor progress and collect measurements for as-built drawings-Generate as-built drawings upon project completion-Perform assigned duties and responsibilities efficiently-Provide expertise in 2D/3D Visualization, Architectural Drawings, Fit-out Drafting, and Shop Drawing-Conduct Project Estimation, Quantity Survey, and Value Engineering-Oversee QA/QC, supervise sites, and coordinate projects to uphold quality standards-Train new hires on design service protocols-Contribute to project development with Fit-out Drawings, Mood Boards, and BOQ preparation-Execute Architectural CAD Drafting and Space planning-Apply knowledge in Space Psychology, Sustainability, Lifestyle & Environment-Efficiently manage Customer Relations and Workflow.
