Held senior academic administrative positions including academic management of a multi-campus, multi-disciplinary institution of higher learning. Well-versed with hands-on, experiential learning techniques and project-oriented teaching methodology. Established research profile in semiconductor electronics with several publications in highly cited research journals. Have been principal investigator for multiple externally-funded research projects. Actively volunteered for the regional professional activities of USA as its senior member. Specialties: Academic administration, ECE curriculum design, teaching ECE courses including Semiconductor devices, Digital electronics, circuits and fabless design, Object-Oriented programming languages ( Java, C++), DC and RF measurement and physical and empirical device modelling of Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) and High Electron Mobility Transistor (HEMT).
