My role involves aligning the team to enhance customer engagement by identifying areas for improvement and highlighting agent oversights, such as the failure to associate tickets with customer issues. In addition to my core responsibilities, I manage the daily updates of Looker Studio data in Google Sheets to ensure accurate reporting and insights. Currently, I am developing a Reverse Logistics Dashboard that provides comprehensive insights into order issues, resolutions, service level agreements (SLA), resolution percentages, and related metrics, including Reverse Logistics (RL) order counts, Care Coin distribution, Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), and transaction counts. This dashboard features interactive visualizations using Looker Studio, enabling stakeholders to make data-driven decisions effectively.
