As a passionate Metallurgy and Materials Engineer, I bring a combination of technical expertise and practical experience in fabrication, welding, manufacturing, and machining. Currently, I am working as an Assistant Fabrication Engineer at Tamimi Industrial Services, where I’m actively involved in the Piping & Welding Workshop supporting the fabrication of piping systems and structural components for industrial projects. In this role, I collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and welders to ensure that all fabrication activities follow project specifications, welding procedures (WPS/PQR), and relevant industry standards.I’ve developed hands-on experience in: Piping fabrication and layout Welding process monitoring (SMAW, GTAW, etc.) Material handling and identification Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings Workshop safety and productivity coordination Prior to my current role, I worked as a Production & Planning Engineer in the manufacturing and machining sector for 1.5 years. During that time, I gained valuable experience in: Machining operations Production planning and process optimization Tool selection and material behavior Quality assurance and dimensional accuracy Day-to-day management of shop floor activities This role helped me build a solid foundation in industrial manufacturing practices, while applying metallurgical principles to improve processes and product performance.
