About Muhammad Rafi

The performance of any employee is based on what he or she leant from his job, his organization and external environment as like customers and clients. So during my overall experience I have learnt different aspects of professional dynamics. My experience is based on following dimensions.1. The very first thing is what I have to do against the expectations of my organization. So I just want to explain that the proper execution of organizational resources and policies may leads us to higher performance and good productivity, for this we have to develop proper planning and also develop a time line to execute that plan. Time line has a greater importance for organizational tasks and plan execution. So we should follow the time line that has been given by our organization. The people always get reward and recognition from the organization who works on organization’s SOPs and timeline.2. The second thing I have learnt from my job is customer’s value. So customer value also has greater involvement for the overall performance of the organization. To built customer value we have to focus on the needs of our customers and also the fulfillment of these needs because when a customer become satisfied from the products and services of the organization, he will built loyalty and a strong relation with our organization. So, the above discussed aspects are much important for the organizational success in order to achieve its goals and as well as customer’s value. It was all the major things I have learnt from my job.
