As a dedicated Development Specialist, I facilitate the support of Humanitarian Actors in ensuring timely service delivery to the Most Vulnerable Communities during emergencies, early-recovery, and rehabilitation efforts. My extensive experience in the developmental sector encompasses a broad spectrum, including designing, managing, conducting research, planning, coordinating, monitoring, and developing multi-sectoral programs. These initiatives target diverse populations such as deserted youth, IDPs, refugees, conservative religious leaders, community elders, and the most impoverished and vulnerable rural and urban communities. My skill set spans strategic planning, visioning, identification of key partners and stakeholders, prioritization of activities, and meticulous monitoring and evaluation of project activities. I am committed to upholding the highest standards in financial management, procurement, and meeting contractual obligations to ensure the successful execution of programs. My strategic planning for country programs involves cultivating strong relationships with key donors, including DFID, ECHO, CIDA, JUCA, USAID, AUSAID, SIDA, DANIDA, KFW, BMZ, and the World Bank, achieved through regular liaison efforts. Specializing in various areas, I have acquired certifications from reputable institutions, including the Durban (SA) Summer School of Economic for Participatory Appraisal of Competitive Advantage in Local Economic Development. Additionally, I hold certifications from UNHCR - Thailand in Basics of the Humanitarian Response in Emergencies and Field Security of Humanitarian Workers. Furthermore, I actively participated in Greek Cyprus WVI's Regional Economic Development Strategic Planning, showcasing my commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field.
