About Muhammad Ridwan Setyawan

I am a production business unit head with 7+ years of experience in smartphone and tire manufacturing, specializing in daily operations management, quality control, and people leadership. I build strong, disciplined teams and continuously improve production processes using structured problem-solving and data-driven decisions. I started my career at PT Vivo Mobile Indonesia as a Management Trainee before progressing to Auditor, Vice Supervisor, and finally Production Supervisor. Throughout these roles, I managed end-to-end production processes in Assembly–Testing–Packing, coordinated with cross-functional teams, and led daily control to achieve output, quality, and defect targets. In 2023, I joined Michelin Group, expanding my experience into tire manufacturing. Despite the new environment, I apply the same production fundamentals to drive Quality, Safety, Delivery, and Cost performance. Managing people, improving process stability, and maintaining high industrial discipline are the core of my leadership. I am passionate about operational excellence, continuous improvement, and developing teams to achieve sustainable performance.
