I am a Civil Engineer and possess more than 30 years experience of contract management of Civil Engineering Projects like 3800 MW Qurayyah Combined Cycle Power Plant (KSA), 1450 MW Ghazi Barotha Hydropower Project (Pak), 30 feet Raising of Mangla Dam Project (Pak), 184 MW Chashma Hydropower project (Pak), 36.6 MW Daral Khwar Hydropower Project (Pak), 720 MW Karot Hydropower Project (Pak), 800 MW Mohmand Dam Project (Pak), etc. Experienced in dealing with various FIDIC Contracts (FIDIC 1987, 1992, FIDIC EPC/Turnkey Contracts, MDB Harmonized FIDIC edition, etc) and possesses extensive experience in interpretation of various clauses of FIDIC conditions of contract. I have vast experience in the field of contract administration and management, claims, variation orders, quantity surveying, measurements and payments, replies to contract matters, preparation of position papers for dispute boards and attended dispute board hearings, preparation of tender documents, evaluation of tenders, tender evaluation reports, award of tenders and preparation of contract documents. I am able to work independently or as a team player having managed or been part of teams of claims consultants, quantity surveyors and project delivery staff on large multi-million dollar contracts fulfilling the usual duties including project delivery, contract administration, commercial reporting, measuring and valuing, claims defence and preparation, dispute avoidance and negotiation, procurement and other related Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management functions.
