About Muhammad Salim

Muhammad Salim is a Project Specialist I at FHIClinical and work for vaccine trial at icddr,b. He is responsible for to set up and maintaining electronic Trial Master File (eTMF), maintaining ISF and other study essentials for this trial. He has 16 years of professional experience (11 years with FHI 360/FHIC) working in different roles in clinical trials (DENV2, nOPV2, NBP615, RotaTeq and Rotarix), Infectious Diseases Control TB (TB CAP Project), HIV/AIDS (MODHUMITA Project), Nutrition (SHIKHA Project), Hospital Accreditation (HA Project), Reproductive Health, Neglected Tropical Diseases (END Asia Project), Digital Money (mSTAR Project) and Food and Nutrition Technical Assistance (FANTA) project. He is an expert in data management for clinical trials and health research projects in accordance with the Protocol, DMP, Research Ethics and Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP), CFR and other national and international guidelines. He also worked as a co-monitor for two research studies (Domestic Violence and Women Empowerment) with BRAC. Salim has experienced in developing effective monitoring system by creating different analytical reports, experienced in the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Tools and Materials for both qualitative and quantitative studies and different projects, has extensive working experience with SPSS, Epi Info, MS Office Suite and EDC system: InForm 4.5, Qualtrics, REDCap, REDCap Cloud, Trial Interactive eTMF (Transperfect) and PhlexTMF. Salim is also skilled in developing and maintaining Central Filing System, Document Archival. Experience in GIS technologies, use ArcGIS 9.3, QGIS. Good communication skills, good team performance, capacity building ability to work under pressure.
