Work as staff in-house and successfully eliminate 100% underpayments in the Tax Audit Result Notification Letter (SPHP) and reduced overall tax exposure by 180% as there is reverse condition from underpayment to overpayment. Prepare relevant argument and supporting document related to arm's length issues in transfer pricing and made the final results of the tax audit remain with status "overpayment". Assist the client to prepare the argument and relevant document for tax clarification. Successfully eliminated 100% of potential underpayment due to tax exposure from interest expense that can be deductible based on debt to equity (DER) ratio. Assist the client to prepare response letter to Tax Audit Result Notification letter (SPHP) and successfully eliminate 100% underpayment and ends up with still overpayment. Prepare relevant argument and supporting document to explain incompatibility of COGS and inventory movement test. Assist client in manufacturing industries to claim and process the VAT restitution and always success to claim almost 100% refund. Assist much more clients with various industries and various cases in preparing equalization of each component of the annual SPT with the periodic SPT (SPT Masa) as a supporting document to answer the letter clarification letter (SP2DK) from the tax office. Direct report to Director of Branch Office and lead 3 team member to perform tax and payroll services for over 60+ recurring clients.
