I have over 9 years of experience in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in the UAE, specializing in its implementation across various industries connected with EPC companies and civil, mechanical, and electrical installations both offshore and onshore. I aspire to become an integral part of a reputed organization where I can utilize my skills, education, and abilities to contribute to the organization’s. success while gaining further professional exposure and experience. My Responsibilities include but not limited to Leading a team of six HSE officers stationed at Das Island for the EPC project, focused on the construction of a new service substation. Representing the company during ADNOC Offshore HSE audits and implementing necessary actions to ensure timely resolution and closure of audit findings. Participating in HSE Studies i.e. HAZID, ENVID, OHID, PHASER, CRR & preparing closeout to ensure timely closeout of the recommendations. Keeping track of all HSE Studies, Audits documentation & approval/action status. Facilitating effective communication and coordination with subcontractors regarding Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) matters. Preparing Project Related Documents i.e, HSE Plan, Traffic Management Plan, Risk Assessment/JSA’s, HSE Activities Plans etc. Preparing and submitting monthly Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Assurance documents. Organizing Periodic HSE Trainings to all employees. Developing Monthly HSE statistics and HSE trends for the months. Conducting Internal HSE Inspections & Audit. Tracking and Analyzing HSE KPI’s and Providing meaningful interpretation to reduce hazards and risks. Meetings with Client on HSE concerns. Maintaining Effective Communication and coordination with Department/Project Managers for effective implementation of HSEMS.
