At present, working as the Head of Asset Liability Management (ALM) of Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC. Key skills include: 01. Financial analysis and modeling of micro, medium and large entities (manufacturing, service oriented, agro-based, non-profit, trading etc.). Formulating effective financial plan for converting sick business units into performing business units. Assessing proper working capital need and inventory management so that business entities can't suffer from over or under financing. Preparing financial reports of different business units including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement and statement of changes in equities. Internal audit and ensuring proper cost and management structure of the entities. Effective financial forecasting and budgeting. Asset Liability Management of bank including regulatory reporting (Liquidity Coverage Ratio, Net Stable Funding Ratio & Leverage Ratio), Commitment, Wholesale Borrowing, Structural Liquidity Profile and all other regulatory reports relating to treasury management of banks; 08. Corporate law and corporate management of different types of companies in connection with credit/investment management of banks. Shariah based banking specially investment administration & Shariah Audit. Working as bookkeeper/ accountant and also VAT/Tax adviser in cloud based accounting software like QuickBooks Online, Xero, Wave, Tally etc.
