Background

About Muhammad Zohaib

Academia provided me a platform to learn the quantum physics and chemistry of nanostructured materials which I exploit to gain hands-on experience in the engineering of micro- and nanodevices. First I worked on understanding the stability of organic devices [1] and the interface physics of heterojunctions [2]. Then I explored the 3D superlattices of quantum dots for their photodetector applications [3]. I also worked on real-time monitoring of electrochemical energy storage devices using X-ray scattering techniques. Now I am working on replacing (partly) the electron or photon transport with magnon spin transport as a carrier of information for modern technology [4]. My ultimate goal (Yes, I am excited too) is to enter the semiconductor industry to build novel semiconductor devices with exceptional performance and cost-effective manufacturing along with environment-friendly nature.
