Mujahid Shaikh has been providing Quality Assurance leadership, Customer Delivery and customer support services to Start-ups, leading IT services and Product engineering organisations over a period of 16 years.His specific areas of expertise lie in small to large managed test set-ups, Test strategy, Test plan formulation, process implementations, testing end to end integration of scalable distributed computing and large database systems, API, Web services, Cloud enabled SaaS, mobile phones/tablet software products, Identity driven security, Enterprise access control, Multi-factor authentication, Single Sign on.His projects have ranged from Security and mobility, Internet and Media, ERP, Banking and Insurance, Retail and manufacturing. These projects have been located in USA, Europe, South Africa and Nordic countries.Mujahid set up a Test Center of Excellence (TCoE) for a large Nordic Customer to improve quality of customer solutions, raise the bar in testing and implement a professional testing culture. He has led a pool of 60 testers, coached, and mentored them in the global delivery model. He has led Security, Automation, performance and knowledge based initiatives.At iCrypto, as Director of QA and Customer Support, Mujahid is responsible for the development of the iCrypto Quality Assurance Test Lab, Strategy and implementation with a robust test framework that includes Functional, Non-Functional, API, Webservices driven Tests, Mobile – Android and iOS Tests. System Monitoring and Customer Support.Mujahid is also responsible for overall project deliveries and management activities that include JIRA and Confluence administration.
