Commendable experience in design, project management, installation testing & commissioning and sustainability. Building services experience in various stages of project from concept to detailed design includes complete design of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing and Drainage. Experience in produce/review of design & construction drawings, design reports, design calculations and specifications. Well understanding of Electrical Systems and managed the team of Electrical Engineers. Sustainability experience in developing standards, strategies, policies, guidelines and action plans in the relevant areas of environmental sustainability and/or climate change. Working as Certification Manager for GSAS rating systems and, has knowledge & experience in region most used other rating systems such as LEED and ESTIDAMA. Effective team leader in leading team and managing projects with strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills. Worked in quite number of prestigious project ranging from low to high-rise towers (commercial and residential), military education camps, industrial, airport, railway and stadium projects, and experience in infrastructure services such as central plants, pumping stations and utility networks. Well-practiced and exposure in design codes and standards such as ASHRAE, CIBSE, CEN-ISO, NFPA, BS, UPC, IOP, ASPE, IPC and local standards/regulations.
