I started my work experience from Safety officer that handle around 30 & 40 staffs and every morning give them briefly meeting about safety in the contraction areas how to keep safe us. started date 2012 for 2 months. Since 1 Oct 2012 I stared worked with Afghanistan International Bank as a cashier duties and responsibilities are cash deposit, cash withdrawal, cheque withdrawal, fund transfer, Money Gram system manage, cash count that funds received from head office book fund transfer, exchange, and encourage the customer for opening new account and full educate them about AIB procedure and policy, after 2 years I got promotion as Customer Service Officer, that open new accounts for customer fill fund transfer form educate customers about product of bank and provide the customer needs, after 3 years shifted me to work as a KYC officer mean ( Know Your Customer) due to I have good experience in customer services, duties and responsibilities are check every customer account and bank statement if there is any changes invite the customer and update their account and ask about documents and update bank branch MIS and report to head officer every month, during updating of customer document as well give information about bank products and sale to customer if need it, after 3 years back shifted me as Customer Service Officer, that open new accounts for customer fill fund transfer form educate customers about product of bank and provide the customer needs stil I am working with Afghanistan International bank, as well during my free time I joined Kabul Safe way as finance officer date 2017 duties and responsibilities are report quarterly to ministry of finance, cash management, expense of office, MIS data and reporting, keeping document and filling,
