In my banking career, I specialized in complex financing structures, navigating a broad spectrum of capital sources such as syndicated loans, export finance-backed debt, multilateral lending, mezzanine financing, and capital markets issuances. My deep understanding of financial modeling, business development, organizational restructuring, and cost optimization has been instrumental in executing large-scale projects and crafting strategic partnerships. As an entrepreneur, I leverage my financial acumen to drive value creation in both traditional and emerging sectors. I serve as the Chief Strategy Officer & Chief Financial Officer at NamaChain and Perfectcloud, where I spearhead the global expansion of a cutting-edge centralized and Web3 Identity platform, addressing critical challenges in identity management and IoT integration. Additionally, I have established a tile manufacturing unit in Pakistan to cater to rising local demand and launched an investment banking advisory firm in London, providing bespoke financial solutions during transformational times.
