Ensured compliance with PHI data security regulations by implementing encryption for data at rest and in transit, enforcing strict logging policies to prevent PHI exposure, and masking sensitive data in lower environments. Played a key role in maintaining the reliability and security of a healthcare platform used by over hospitals across the U.S. Designed and developed a high-performance Big Data processing system to handle daily incoming files of 15–20 GB, ensuring completion within a strict 30-minute timeframe.
