About Mukesh Kharade

No one is good at everything but I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to learn new things in IT and also to connect with other IT professionals. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my most favorite is IT Projects & Operations management and the stage of a project is working with the client or business unit leader to understand their business objectives. As we go through that collaborative process, the ideas start to flow and that’s always the fun part. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others. I worked at many levels in my career- System Admin, Network Admin, Data Center Analyst, Subject Matter Expert, Infrastructure Development Manager, Infrastructure Specialist and IT Manager. As a result, I have a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and to navigate complex challenges. And this experience taught me that my professional values boil down to the following- Understanding means fewer missteps, and missteps cost a fortune- I don’t care who gets credit, I just want to win- I have big Ideas in my field. Lot of people have big ideas, execution is what matters, and I do execution- I’m the calm one.(Believe)- I run toward fires. I love to make new professional acquaintances.
