About Mukesh Sharma

Mukesh Sharma was appointed Finance Director at Bridge Support after initially joining as Head of Finance in April 2024. He brings more than 30 years of financial leadership experience across organisations in the education, hospitality, and supported living sectors, including services for both children and adults. Holding a Diploma in CIMA (Operational Level), Mukesh has a proven track record in developing and overseeing robust financial systems, audit readiness, and strategic budgetary planning. He has successfully led multi-entity audits, implemented finance systems, and strengthened statutory reporting and regulatory compliance across a variety of organisational settings. Mukesh will be joining the Executive team and plays a central role in managing Bridge Support’s financial strategy and its operation, ensuring transparency, accountability, and sustainability in support of Bridge’s mission and will continue in his role reporting into the Finance and Audit Sub-Committee which is part of the Board governance processes.
